I tried to like this place, I really did. But I've heard so many horror stories from people that they don't take care of their animals and personally I kind of get that vibe here. There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of people working there to begin with but that's not even really why I'm writing this review. This place is literally 5 minutes around the corner from me and I would love to come here and still get crickets for my tarantula and pet supplies for our dogs but several times I've had a negative reaction with the same miserable old man. This time he was working the front counter, and was very short with me when I didn't understand how the crickets worked. I met a very nice lady over by the Crickets after he pointed me there and she explained to me what the process is. I came back t

I went on Sunday. There was only one cashier and a lot of people waiting in the line. I was waiting too long and I decided to live without buying anything. This is not the first time. They should put more cashiers
