Nikki has been fantastic with my hyper super happy puppy. She is very pleasant and Oscar looks very handsome when I pick him up. Thank you Nikki! You must have amazing patience. I appreciate all you do to help Oscar stay happy and healthy.

Moved to the area earlier this year from center city where a full groom for our 25 lb golden-doodle (bath, cut, nails, ears, teeth) was $95. If needed, they also offered anal gland expression for $10. Called ahead for a quote and found this is slightly more expensive (more $ for less services.. no teeth brushing) which surprised me. As far as I know they do not offer gland expression. Okay, fine. This place was recommended to us by family. First time the cut was beautiful, but the entire top of our dogs nose ended up scabbing in a few days. Never had this issue at our old place but didn’t contact them as we know our dog can be excited and high energy around new people, and might not have cooperated/sat still. 2nd time visiting and had a horrible experience this time around. Would have given 1 ⭐️, however, I can’t take away the effort of staff and that place is clean and smells well kept. Our appointment was scheduled a month prior and they called the day before to move our appointment up a hour. No biggie, I understand adjustments may need to be made, without explanation. Today, we dealt with the owner, Dawn. She was unpleasant since drop off, very dry deposition, dismissive and not friendly at all. First time around, our services were half off with a total of ~$30. Today it was 3x that at ~$93, another no biggie. Pups haircut was choppy and was mentioned that he looks better than when he came. Of course! With a fresh bath and blow out. I don't often leave reviews but with what an amazing job the groomer and staff did with my dog today I felt it necessary. my dog summer is anxious , high energy and can be reactive to larger dogs and because of that she had never had a professional grooming before today. But with the amount of matting she's had from swimming I knew she needed it and oh so pretty did an amazing job. I did an express groom and stayed while they worked on my dog. They were patient, kind and did a beautiful job with her coat that I know needed a lot of work. The staff checked on her throughout the groom and gave me updates and showered her with lots of an affection which goes a long way with my typically anxious dog. The end result was wonderful, she looks gorgeous and the entire experience helped calm both

Oh So Pretty Spa in Jenkintown is an absolute disappointment, and I need people to know exactly what happened. I called ahead and was quoted $45 for a simple bath for my Shih Tzu. The moment I walked in, the price magically jumped to $78, and they tried to slide in a cancellation fee without saying a single word until I asked. That is sneaky, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. If you’re going to charge extra, SAY THAT. Don’t pretend like customers won’t notice and hope we just pay it. That alone turned me off — but it got worse. After charging me almost double the price, my dog STILL had poop stuck in her eyes. So not only was I overcharged, but the groomer didn’t even do the bare minimum. How do you send a dog home dirty after charging almost $80 for a bath? This business clear
