PetSmart

This is solely for MANAGEMENT. I’ve been going to this petsmart for over a year. The employees are always nice and friendly and helpful. A while back i talked to a very nice worker and she was explaining how new management is coming and everything will be going down hill. And it has! Live food SHOULD NOT HAVE MOLD. Meal worms are never alive and Hornworms are living in CHUNKS of mold. Forget about any roaches they don’t care to get those anymore. As for the fishes, i knew something was weird when the last two fishes we bought died on the way home. We live maybe 5 minutes away and our fishes from the same store we bought about 7 months ago are still living. Again love ALL employees there, whoever wanted to be new management needs to STEP UP. Do not get fish here. Whoever is running the fish section clearly isn't knowledgeable. The fish pictured has ich or epistylis (white spots), and is in a tank with a lot of dead fish. They also were selling aquatic plants that were in a tank with African Cichlids, which are NOTORIOUS for destroying plants. The reptile and small mammal enclosures were also practically barren.

They did a hatchet job on our dog Cut his skin left hair all over. first appointment was canceled five minute before time we were in the parking lot. First time ever going here We'll never go back traumatized our dog

We are out of state. We called the store and we were told there was someone to trim our dogs nail. Upon arrival there was 3 employees in the back of the salon laughing having a good time. The gentleman came out and asked what we needed. We told him what we needed. His response was, we don’t take walk ins right now, after we were told we could come in. We will never use this salon again!!

Go to a local spot to get your dog groomed. I wouldn’t recommend PetSmart.
