Absolutely wonderful people. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and was bringing in my 2 dogs. One is 10 and struggles getting in and out of the car. They helped me from the second I got there and showed me nothing but support. They were so good with my babys and helped them feel safe the whole time. I have no words I can say to describe how lucky I felt to come into a office of such wonderful people. I strongly recommend them to anyone.

Before scheduling my cats yearly appointment I received a call from the secretary here- I informed them I was looking for a different vet because of cost and they told me I had a “100$ credit on my account if that made any difference.” I said it did make a difference and scheduled an appointment. Imagine my surprise when after attending my appointment today they told me my credit had expired, the office worked with us and were able to fix the issue. They were very prompt. I appreciate them and their professionalism.

Our 5-month-old kitten became very sick, very quickly. For over two weeks, our previous vet misdiagnosed him and let him get worse and worse. When our poor boy was on his deathbed and our other vet turned us away, Dr. Miller and her staff got us in within ten minutes. From the moment we arrived, they took everything seriously — running bloodwork and X-rays right away and finally getting to the root of what was wrong. While the outcome wasn’t what we hoped for, Dr. Miller and her entire team were incredible throughout the entire process. They were patient, kind, and so compassionate. They checked in on our kitten, kept us informed, and treated him with genuine care and respect. When the time came to say goodbye, they showed us so much empathy and understanding. I loved this vet until I scheduled an appointment for my cat who has an ongoing eye issue. Secured the appointment a week out. We get there after our 30 minute drive in the horrible ice and snowy conditions. Turns out the vet had an emergency, which I fully understand, however their staff didnt call to reschedule. The front desk said, "we tried to leave a message." There was NO call NO message. The lie is really what did it for me. Not only that but they wanted to schedule out another week to see her and its her eye. Wildly Unprofessional.

Every time I come there’s a different set of employees which does not exactly build trust. Prices keep going up. Attitude of employees is awful. Quality of care has gone down. Horrible wait times and I always felt rushed once the Dr finally got to us. If you so much as even question Dr Millers recommendations, prepare to be spoken to like you’re a literal child. They don’t take the time to explain things to you if you ask. Dr expects you to treat her words and recommendations as gold, don’t you dare question it! After all, you and your pet are nothing but a dollar sign. After years of being a client I’ve had enough. And before the social media person comments, no you will not find my name in your system. I have friends and family that still choose to go so I’d rather not interfere with the
