Karmen rocks! I have had a standard poodle for 5+ years now and have been to several groomers. My dog has some health issues and is not always easy to groom. Karmen is quick, friendly and it’s obvious that my pooch is less stressed out here than at a normal groomer. I’m so thankful for her!
We just moved to Michigan from Chicago where Linus had the same groomer for a long time. He’s super sensitive about getting his nails done and is a big boy. Karmen and Brett at Lucky Dog Pet Grooming were amazing!! So friendly, welcoming and did a wonderful job with Linus. Their one on one approach, cozy space and patience really resonated with me. Looking forward to our future appointments 🥰 Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend! He got a cute bandana and a special treat bag for Halloween too 🎃👻🦇
My dog was so comfy, usually, when I drop my dog off to another dog groomer, he comes back very stressed when I dropped him off here he came back clean and very calm. He was actually wagging his tail when I picked him up. He was so cute and soft. I would recommend this business to anybody that is skeptical about dropping their dogs off to get groomed when you drop your dog off here you can trust that your animal is in good hands. She’s so open and honest!! Love her!!

We needed our sweet 4 year old goldendoodle to get groomed after months of cancer treatment and chemo. She had not been groomed for months. She has been through a lot and is in remission. They were able to get Ella in on a sooner appointment. Ella is very nervous for groomings. My husband said when he picked Ella up, she seemed to be happy with the groomer and relaxed. They did a wonderful job. When I came home from work I saw the gift the groomer gave us with dog biscuits, keepsake with her fur and and an ornament congratulating her on her remission. So very thoughtful. Ella smells and looks amazing. Thank you so much for being so kind
