PetSmart

Wow this place is great! I was greatest warmly, plenty of parking on premisses, for all type of vehicles including big trucks as well as handicap parking and curbside pick up. We had adopted a new pet bunny and i had already stopped at another store earlier today to see if I'd find a home for the bunny but I did not. Came to let smart and they had it. They also have food for most pets, sell small pets, like 🦎, frogs etc... They have an adoption center and also a training center. You can get dog tags here with custom names on them and you'll be happy to know they even have a dog tent for camping. Overall they are to he co gratulated for their efforts as I was even asked twice if i needed help.

I am a long standing member, great customer with donations to this PetSmart #2386 until tonight when I was told by Employee Merchant #1882 @ 6:38pm that I could NOT purchase a live Beta Fish( Already in its own really small container) because it's a "state law" that PetSmart can not sell a live animal 1 hr before closing in which the closing time tonight, Sunday 10-19-25 would be 7:00pm. Seriously, this is a pet store, right?? Is this really an actual law?? If so, Do you really stand by sending away paying customers as your policy?? This is bad business practice. Seriously Again, I was purchasing a fish already in it's surroundings. No announcement stating any of the above law before I got to the checkout. Management should consider a bigger look.

Clean and very helpful Employees. Not a huge selection on toys for kittens/cats. Bought the girls wheat grass kinda pricey 8.99. Going to get the seeds for 3.99 and grow it myself. Bought a remote control mouse and turned it on moved for about 10 seconds and now it doesn't work. The only thing they have is the laser pointer which kali loves and its even making Amber play

My large elderly dog Henry had a fantastic groomer at PetSmart in Hudson yesterday! Her name was Veronica. I can't thank her enough for the care she showed to him! She knew when to give him rests during the grooming because of his arthritis, and she knew to use hypoallergenic shampoo on him. She did an awesome job of trimming his big feet and private parts! She was kind, loving and very knowledgable! And he looks and feels like a million bucks! Henry and I thank her so much!'

Horrific experience - destroyed our dogs . Both dogs returned abused . Chucks of hair and skin taken randomly all around even the tail . The groomer was clueless on westie cut. Looks like a toddler with a razor groomed our dog. I would check verification and experience. Not experienced at all . Pet Smart groomer clearly abused our dogs due to lack of focus and experience . Horrific experience .
