The associates there were very helpful and knowledgeable! They also were great employees as they suggested add on services as they helped me with what I initially came in looking for. They were also very friendly with my puppy.

I have had nothing but good experiences with the grooming department. I’m always a little nervous bringing my dog to get groomed because of his anxiety with nail trims. Katey is an amazing groomer, super friendly and a calming presence! My anxious pup does so well with her. Thank you!

Super cool store, they have the absolute best reptile section i have seen at a Petco, I had traveled down from NH on business & stopped in, I definitely wasn't disappointed & I brought home a new friend, she is an absolute sweetheart

Erin the dog trainer is so so great. She is knowledgable, passionate, and patient. We signed up for private lessons (4 weeks) and fundamentals class (6 weeks) for our 8 month puppy. Would recommend to anyone.

I would give it more stars if Ethan and Maxwell were able to be on all the time but unfortunately that cannot happen! They are truly the reason why I still go to this store because the day shift people are horrible! horrible attitudes, horrible customer service, horrible salespeople and the best is they try and tell you what you have in your own home without ever being there seeing it or being told! They are beyond rude! Ethan and Maxwell keep being the superstars that you guys are because without you this store would lose a lot of loyal customers!! I started going to PetSmart when they are not there because I don’t like the way they treat customers especially the one with bright green hair! And the blonde young skinny one! I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in that store and have had to bite
