Petco Grooming

Kassandra was able to give us a last minute appointment for my dog pecan. My dog is very shy and somewhat damaged after spending 5 years in a puppy mill delivering 12 litters. She’ll be 12 this September and is a great addition to our family. Kassandra now’s her and knows exactly how to handle her. Kudos to Kassandra!

This will be the last time we use this Petco location for grooming. We had such a positive experience with the training program we thought grooming would be the same. The first time we came in after picking up our dog one of the groomers immediately butt into the conversation while booking our next appointment and claimed “remind me not to be there that day.” This was completely unprofessional and rude. If you can’t work with dogs of different comfort levels for grooming you should not be in this industry at all. That brings us to today. We went in to get a quick nail trim and thought it would be a perfect time to get our pups nails cut real quick as the place was completely empty. When asking the same rude groomer we ran into the first time if she had time real quick , she responded with

Our groomer Megan is always wonderful, and the other woman who groomed Yorkie yesterday (I think it was either Marissa or Melissa? I can't remember her exact name but the receipt says groomer 46) was awesome too. Yorkie came out perfect! :) Love this Petco!
