If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I scheduled a bath, nail trim, and ear cleaning. Nothing more. Absolutely no trimming of the coat. When I arrived, I explained everything I had wanted done very carefully to the lady at the front desk. A nice paw wash as he was digging in the dirt the day before, a nail trim and ear cleaning. I asked to speak with the groomer (I do every visit because of the coat and breed I have) they were busy so I left all of the detailed information with the front desk as it should’ve been relayed to the groomer. Our dog came home with small areas around the eyes cut/trimmed (I absolutely did not want his face touched up in any way), shaved armpits, shaved sanitary areas, and a shaved spot in his front leg with a nice Knick. If I could put ZERO stars I would! I took my baby to get her first haircut I told them I didn’t want her to be shave down I showed them a dog that was shaved down and told them do not shave her that low just cut of a lil! They even showed me the cut chart! About 1.5hr they called me and said my doddle was being aggressive and 3 people had to hold her down and they couldn’t do her groom! Then they said she wasn’t biting she was moving a lot and they didn’t want to cut her if they continued to shave her! When I got there she was shaved down to the skin she was itchy because of how low it was irritating her! Some parts on her feet was long some you can see her skin! Terrible terrible job! Every time I am at pet smart I check out the cat adoptions and the past two times I have been so very sad for the animals being kept there at the store. A few weeks back I noticed how absolutely horrific the smell in the cat room was. This time I noticed how small the cages really were and how many of the cats were sleeping in filthy litter boxes. This has to be so stressful being kept in these tiny cages. Whomever is responsible for thier adoption program should be ashamed. Allegedly it’s a program called luckys legacy. The cats are not given adequate enough room to move and are laying in their own filth. This has made me very sad. If I could have taken every one of them home with me I would have. Heart broken

Customer service is over the top! I needed help with an Afterpay app…and a few products…nothing but compassion, friendly, patient, understanding! I highly recommend shopping here not only for wonderful staff but for awesome products and service!

Hello. Today I had a bad experience with my dog's grooming. The dog's lower abdomen was cut near the leg. Then they sewed it up in the doctor's office, but the dog feels bad, she barks all night. I am very dissatisfied with the work of the salon. She doesn't get up or gets up and falls, her wound is oozing. This is very bad service. No one even apologized to us. This is very unprofessional.
