In February we started the process of getting rid of our carpet and replacing it with laminate flooring. From the beginning to the end, working with Jeremy was such a pleasure. He actually picked the perfect color for us and we couldn't be more thankful. He set up the appointment to measure our house, ordered the laminate and delivered it to our living room to sit for 48 hr before starting the job. He made it so easy for us. We took samples home to check it out in the lighting of our home. He's a real asset to Carpet Gallery. He set up installation with Steve Gates and his crew, Dillion, Buddy, Frank, Jim and Jeff. Jeremy guided us through the whole process - he was knowledgeable, patient, and made everything easy to understand. He even came by on installation day to make sure everything got off to a smooth start. The installers were efficient, professional, and did a high-quality job. I had 2 room floors done, one in sheet vinyl and the other in luxury vinyl planks. I have used carpet gallery in the past. The teams that installed were on time, courteous and excellent with their skills. Jeremy Strayer did a great job with helping find products that I liked and could afford. Very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Jeremy came out to take measurements and provided several options to meet our needs. He took time to explain the whole process as well as point out the benefits of each option. Installation was prompt and the crew worked very quickly and professionally. Doug and Mark are fantastic. They walked me through my choices and options. Mark came out and measured and offered his ideas. Which were on point. They have lots of choices on flooring in the showroom. The install team were great treated my home as if it was there home. I'll use them again in the future!
