Staff wasn’t very customer friendly. Pre-registered and was told I was 13 on the list, however 4th in line when they opened. They told me to wait in store or car until they texted me. I was texted in about 45 minutes. They did not offer any medicine although I needed a previous allergy medicine filled. I was told I had to go to a licensed veterinarian. It’s very disappointing to see what has happened to the vet services. My dog has been treated there since a puppy (almost 4 years). I was able to update his shots and nail trim, I will count my blessings.

The vets and technicians were judgy and were very rushed. The one technician was sweet with my animals but the vet seemed like she just wanted to be done.

Petvet in Hagerstown has always taken care of our dogs since we started coming in 2021. We have 3 dogs that we take regularly for vaccines and one of them has severe allergies. They have taken awesome care and attention to all of my dogs but especially the one with allergies. We couldn't afford a regular vet and our dog was suffering. They helped us work through the possible causes and eventually we found a treatment plan that has our dog 100% healthy again! All of this without having to spend thousands. They also remember us and our dogs, they provide a personable experience and really truly care about our babies. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The team did really well with my fur baby franklin! I had adopted him that same day and he need flea treatment and ear drops. They were able to explain to me the medication he needed, which was really helpful. I highly recommended this location and will be back if needed. Franklin says thanks for helping him feel better :)

The wait was long but worth the wait. The staff were very friendly. I was happy with the care that I received for my 2 kitties.
