PetSmart Grooming

Magpie (Male, ~5 year old, Husky aussie mix) just checked out of a 10 day stay at a pet hotel. Amazing dog hotel btw, clean, safe and fun. However clean it is, Magpie needed to freshen up anyway. Logan at PetSmart Grooming, in Stroudsburg, did an awesome job brushing, bathing, drying, cleaning, and trimming Magpie's nails. She took the time ensuring his thick coat was taken care of - especially his fluffy butt! She even matched a new bandana to his blue collar. Thank you! He now is taking a well earned rest...home at last! 😁🐾

This is the second time we took our dogs here to be groomed. I understand that it is comparable with “GreatClips” for humans. We had appointments and were called to come in an hour after the appointment, as employees had called out and they were short staffed. The person who we talked to as arrived was definitely trying to up sell services. I get that, they want to make more money. He was however rude and told us our dogs had mats. He said they were not brushed well at home. They do not have mats. I asked him to show me where the mats were. Our dogs have triple coats are denser in some areas. That is the breeds standard. The service staff seem nice enough. Our dogs were not upset or traumatized, the cuts were decent enough. The cost was around $100 per dog.
