PetSmart Grooming

I purchased the 12 grooming package last year and have used all 12 grooming sessions over the past year at PETSMART, 531 N State Rd, Ste 7, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411. For the past year, every visit I am told that my dog did great and there were no issues with my dog from the groomer. This year the groomer was not happy with her job at PetSmart and decided to leave. But most importantly, she asked me to bring my dog to her new job where she is a groomer. That definitely doesn’t sound like I have an aggressive dog, if she wanted me to bring him there. I am big on loyalty, so I was not going to leave PetSmart because I have been dealing with them for over 20 years . So, I had to choose a different groomer. The first day I walked in here to get my dog groomed, I was given a call and told they might not be able to do my dogs nails. I’ve been cutting my dogs hair and nails with Petsmart for 3 years with no problem. Not very welcoming, to have terms dictated to you, as if I were the groomer, and they were the one paying me. The first cut came out so good, I put up with the fact a business professional who got hired to do a job, is telling your customers they can’t. They also don’t try to accommodate you with anyone else, they claim there is no one else that can do the job. What’s funny is, every time I come to this local Petsmart, there’s a party in the grooming center, and no employee can be found anywhere in the rest of the store, no worker working in sight. They do a phenomenal job there with our dogs. They are very reasonable to.

We loved the training classes! We recommend taking it with Jesse. We just graduated from the beginner class and are signing up for the next level. Jesse helped our dog & us, not only through the training but with any other concerns we had. I’ve never met anyone so knowledgeable about dogs & training. We initially met Jesse at the boyton store and he answered all our questions when we were taking home our new puppy. After we learned Jesse moved to the Wellington store we were more than happy to drive out just to take his class. Well worth it !

Employees are never around when you need them. Fish aquariums always with dead fish and dirty. Crickets and worm sections dirty and always out of stock on worms. Place needs some more employees that want to work. New girl with short hair at register very pleasant.
