I took my baby here to get a simple haircut and she came out depressed, cut up and traumatized. I definitely won’t be taking her back and I will be reaching out to corporate. PetSmart is employing people who are not qualified to handle dogs let alone style them. The groomer (I won’t say his name) damn near cut her tail off as seen in the picture. She has cuts under her neck and her haircut itself looks horrible. She goes outside now and just nibbles at her tail and roll on the ground trying to soothe her body in some way. PetSmart I need to be reimbursed for all damages my baby had to suffer with at the hands of your stylist.
The male groomers are the best. My baby was so handsome when our groomer finished.
Love their fish. Great Customers Service.
