PetSmart Grooming

NOT GROOMING REVIEW Staff and managers seemed more interested in making a sale. I believe a human should take time to bond with an animal, not be rushed! Would you like a refundable deposit to spend more than 3 minutes with an animal? I was on the edge of buying or adoption...adoption wins 100%! They care about the animal!

I made an appointment and was told by Josh my appointment would be for 10am on March 8th I show up to my appointment and they tell me it’s at 11:30am. I was super upset because I took off of work to bring my cat here but the lady who grooms the cat just was not bothered and didn’t care. This grooming PetSmart is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend you even bring your animals here. After expressing my feeling about being upset the groomers said she didn’t feel comfortable keeping the appointment and cancelled my appointment. If I could rate zero stars I would. They need a better staff that take accountability for their mistake instead of making the situation worst for pet parents like us.

There was multiple employees and was told that no one was there to give me crickets come back in a few hours. And when asked for a dog collar light was told we have them but don't know where. Also the store entrance smelled like urine. Bad experience never be back.
