PetSmart Grooming

Think twice before bringing your pets here. The few time I took my dog here I have never been totally pleased with the service. I was new to keeping a puppy that needs grooming and haven’t done much research. The groomers here aren’t friendly and didn’t look like they cared. A couple of times they cancelled on me because they didn’t have any groomers. The last time I was there it was really busy and they made up different kind of excuses to turn down my appointment. These people don’t care about your reservation and will waste your time. Find yourself a local groomer who really cares about your babies. I found an independent groomer who does an excellent job I hope you find one too.

Cassie is amazing she groomed Rocky perfectly and we are so happy with the results 100% recommend her amazing service aswell!

In the Grooming section some or all of the grooming associates, rude disrespectful always have an excuse, never can help never can make any ways to try to help. Also have very poor skills on customer service never anybody in front nobody to answer questions the manager also rude and never could find any results to try to help her customers I find a store to be clean well maintains, but when it comes to the female manager and the females some of the females that work there very rude uptight people that if they don’t like their line of work, they should be somewhere else.

In all honesty, I should have read the reviews before investing my time in this Petsmart salon. The customer service there was terrible, they will not work with you at all.

Always does a great job on our short hair chihuahua. Ask for Erica she’s great with the dogs
