Every time my puppy has an appointment with this location, it’s always something . I stopped going there long time ago, but my husband made a mistake and took her there again couple months ago for grooming, my dog came home with a broken nail I was so upset 😭 thinking it was the Duluth location, but nah it was the Peachtree pkwy location. So yesterday I had another appointment with them, (I stay 30 min away without traffic), got there at 3:40 ( the appointment was at 3;30pm) they cancelled the appointment before I got there, I agreed to bring her back this morning Sunday at 9:30 Am , I got her at 9:45 and the appointment was canceled again , they don’t call , they don’t confirm appointments, and they don’t respect the 15 min prior to the time, I wasted my time and gas twice , after booking
Waste of money. It came frozen and when it thawed it never dispensed as whip cream but liquid
