They decide when they close based on their preference, with no respect to the open hours listed on the website. Very rude front desk.
Not going back. Poor service. Rigid and not showing any interest in understanding what customers say, as if customers beg for their services.
My grooming service was canceled without prior notice after I drove 30minutes here.
