Vetco Vaccination Clinic

1.It’s been a month since our dog’s last vaccination and visit but his visit records have still NOT updated online. We called for record due an emergency and was promised to update immediately but still no record; 2. Last year, there was a dosage issue for his simpatico trio. The pharmacy didn’t fill the rx but did NOT make an effort to resolve the rx. We had to make a separate visit to have his medication.

I am very disappointed with Vetco’s policy of not allowing customers to upgrade their vaccine package, even when the clinic is at fault. I took my dog in for her vaccine and originally wanted to purchase the Dog Shield Plus package. However, I was persuaded by the staff to choose the Dog Guard package instead. After returning home and reviewing the differences, I realized I would need to pay an additional $24 for the lepto booster and bordetella—both included in the Dog Shield Plus package I initially preferred. I called Vetco the next day to explain the situation and requested to upgrade to the Dog Shield Plus package, but was told that Vetco does not allow package upgrades. I strongly recommend that Vetco reconsider this policy and allow customers to upgrade within a reasonable timeframe

If I could 0 start, I would. I needed medication for my pet and for giving prescription. they said u will get prescription in email. I took the prescription to costco for medication and was told it need to ve verified by vetco. They called multiple times where either they dont pick up or cut after picking. I also asked them to send prescription where every time they take information but has been 4 days with no action. Please if you dont intent to buy from petco, dont oay them for this test at this clinic. It has been very painful.

The team here is super friendly! I especially appreciate everyone’s patience and kindness with my very nervous rescue. He doesn’t take treats outside the house or from strangers and this team had him literally eating from the palm of their hands on his first visit! They also made sure to walk me through all my boy’s stats and made recommendations (without being pushy). One of the best vet experiences I’ve ever had.
