Great customer service! I love that they have a lot food variations. I got frozen raw food those in the pictures for our 2 🐈 😻 and they loved them. Will surely come back yo get more. Love this place. 😀

I have shopped at the Mountain View store for years. I have always gotten amazing service, great advice and good products. This last visit was a sad one as my bestest boy (12yo black lab) crossed the rainbow bridge. After gathering all his things - toys, meds, foods, beds, harnesses, braces, ramps, leashes, dishes, booties, and so much more, I stopped and asked Jamie if they accept donations. She said yes but usually on Mondays due to space limitations. I went out to get his food and when I returned she said, "Bring it all in. I know what it's like to go through what you are going through. I understand." I was so thankful for such wonderful support and kindness. When I am ready we will for sure be back. Excellent service from beginning to end.

I used to buy ziwi here all the time because of buy 3 get 1 free. When they don’t have 4, they always honored 25% off on available stock. Today they said pet food express no longer does that. I went to the one in Palo Alto, and they had only 3, but honored 25% off. I will go to the Palo Alto one from now on.
