PetSmart Grooming

This is my 2nd time taking my dog here the 1st person that cut my fur baby hair did great was gentle but today the woman was rude from get go and then I went a lil early to check on my doggy and seen threw window she was being rough with her will not go back with this one person for sure nor does my dog look any different from hair cut she did not cut the nails

We have taken our cat in both for a nail trim (she all of a sudden became a spicy nacho when clipping her nails) and twice now for baths. I was skeptical of the bath, but wholly cow what a difference it makes! We absolutely adore Amber and she has a wonderful personality

Do not book wit Jazlyn !!!! The worst groomer . I took my Maltipoo puppy in from a cut bath , nail trim and brushing teeth . First of all she didn’t even brush his teeth or trim his nails and still charged me for it . Then I walk out and a lady came to me randomly and said I’m glad i seen you please don’t bring your dog here again she said that the groomer was yelling at my dog and treating him wrong . And was not handling him with care . She just continued to say they were not being nice to him . The worst ! Never again .

Excellent. It was great to see that Brittney is still part of the team. The new gal who did our dog's nails was very good with dealing with our pup's anxiety. Always had great service with your team.

The worst customer experience in my life! I don't know what it is with this place but the counter service is rude, and not helpful at all in scheduling appointments. It's always come back another time. Glad your busy, but done with Petsmart.
