No records for a dog that has been a client of this groomer for over 8-years. Blacklists dogs for behavioral issues with no proof of these issues - which were never discussed in the last 8 years. "You're dog makes the groomers uncomfortable" must be the new code for we don't like the tip you leave. Groomers are unprofessional, have limited training, and the salon itself has extremely high turnover. Dog has never shown aggressive behavior and I would not trust this groomer with my dog given their recent comments.
Do not take your dog to be groomed here both of my neighbors dogs came home with fleas, & I had to take my dog to the vet after getting groomed her skin was red , inflamed & itchy and they made her nail bleed due to cutting them too short. Terrible groomers that do not know what they’re doing!!! & unsanitary conditions Never again will I come back here.
I'd have to agree that they aren't the nicest staff. They don't seem to want to be bothered especially when the animals act like...animals. If your dog barks or is curious about other people or animals, don't bring them here.
Joan and all the other employees were great. My dog loved them all . Would definitely recommend them to all I will definitely return for all my nail services
Environment is unprofessional, groomers are not talented. overpriced
