**Avoid the FISH section at all costs!!!!** I went to PetSmart to browse the fish section, I saw 2 dead Betta fish (fuzzy and film over top of them.) I went to tell a staff member. She didn't come to follow up, so I grabbed another staff member who called the manager over. I asked the manager if there was any way I could pay for a discounted betta to try and take care of it. I explained that they are clearly ill and the other dead ones have obviously been floating for a day or so. The manager told me no they are not allowed on the computer to discount a sick fish. Emily B. In grooming at the Manahawkin, NJ PetSmart is the absolute best! She’s so sweet and really cares about the dogs she grooms. Always does a great job and is very professional. We have been going to her since our OES Luna was a puppy and will continue to do so. Thank you Emily! Love Luna!

Horrible Place! Do not trust the groomers. I left detailed information for her and totally ignored them. Then My dog was injured during grooming and had to see a vet for his injuries. Luckily there was a vet inside Pet Smart who saw him right away and was able to stop the bleeding and administer an antibiotic shot.

We went to buy a fish for my kids fish tank and couldn't buy any fish except a Beta. They're absurd fish policy doesn't allow any fish on their wall to be purchased if the tank size is 20 gallons or less. So basically most of the tanks they sell are useless with the fish at the store. Meanwhile they have dozens of fish crammed into small tanks in which there's no possible way for them to "thrive" (as the associated told me as a reason we couldn't buy one). We have purchased from a different Petsmart before and when we mentioned that, the associate said "I'd love to know their names so they can get written up". Associate was rude and it was not a pleasant experience at all. We will be going some place else for all our pet needs going forward.
