This is where you want to get your next carpet install. From start to finish everything was seamless from meeting with Vinnie to actual install I am very happy. The installers were very respectful, they carried carpet and padding up 2 flights of steps, they did an install which was originally going to take 2 days in one day! They vacuumed and put everything back to where it was which is hard to do because there are no indent marks from the furniture in new carpet. 😉 The new carpet is beautiful, I can’t recommend T Hook carpeting enough and if I ever need carpeting again I would not hesitate to use this place. Installation nightmare by T Hook Carpet and Flooring, a nasty installer who did a rushed job and I was left with bubbling and buckling floor. The owner, Tom came over to move my furniture back and just told us to place the furniture down and wait a couple of days which we did but the floor continued to get worst. T Hook used old molding. Terrible experience, I had to pay a lot of money to be yelled at, next time I will go to AVALON. I am very disappointed, T Hook was highly recommended.

This is the only place to get flooring done correctly. Flooring has a lot to do with how they prep the sub floor. Tom and his team came in and corrected an on going problem that I had immediately. The installers were patient, meticulous and experienced. I would not get my flooring done anywhere else.
