PetSmart Grooming

We were standing outside because the doors were closed with a sign stating that the store opened at 11 am. We didn't realize that the grooming place inside was open. But we couldn't get in. Customers left due to the sign. Finally, I called the grooming number, and they said we had to manually push the doors open to get in even though there was no sign stating that. We got in late, and now the groomer, Jess, was very rude. She said we were late, didn't care if we were waiting outside. We requested & pleaded with her, but she wanted to charge us extra to take our dog in. Very unprofessional, uncompassionate, and extremely rude. I don't think I want my dog to go to such a groomer. Time to find another place even though we've been going here for years.

Never again this place. A 5.5 month old toy poodle came back from a 3.5 hour grooming session with almost intact (not trimmed or cleaned) ears. The person who "groomed" my dog explained to the manager of the place over the phone that allegedly "the dog did not allow the hair on its ears to be cut off" and that "the dog tried to bite the groomer". Strange, because she explained the unevenly cut fur on the head paws and tail in the same way... If, supposedly, the dog didn't let her touch him there, how on earth did he allow his face or feet to be shaved??? When I picked up the dog, I first heard his scared barking and a moment later he wanted to run away from this place as quickly as possible. This is even more strange because the dog (almost 1.5 months younger than during visit in PetSmart)

The salon is awful. They never pick up the phone. The stylist always looks like they don't want to be there. Pets are not safe with that attitude. Not recommend this place. You can find better places.

They did a good job and they reasonably priced
