They are so welcoming to our Portuguese Water puppy when they see him , Sparrow does a really awesome job (she’s ah-mazing) and it’s so important for us to not have any worries when dropping him off- he’s totally comfortable staying with them and has a great demeanor when we pick him up- says a lot!! They are awesome 🙌

We’ve been visiting Imperial Pet Salon for quite some time now, and it’s always a fantastic experience. Each time we come up from Florida, we make sure to book our appointments well in advance because they fill up quickly. The salon’s open floor plan creates a spacious, relaxed atmosphere, and it’s clear that every detail is carefully thought out to ensure both pets and owners feel comfortable. One thing we love is the attention to our pets’ comfort. Every cage is equipped with a yoga mat for a cushioned resting spot, and the surgical-grade cages reflect the salon’s commitment to cleanliness and safety. The layout also allows the dogs to see their surroundings, which helps reduce stress and anxiety. The team at Imperial Pet Salon uses only the best products, and we really appreciate that

I have been taking Mikey to Imperial Pet Salon since Love My Puppies closed. Have to admit was worried about changing groomers but my worries were for nothing. They are great there! All the staff is nice and personable. They always ask if I want any changes to his grooming. He always comes out smelling good and looking so handsome and cute.

I am very pleased with the care and welcome that I get when I go there with my dog. They are also very friendly with my dog, Martini. It makes me feel at ease when I see that Martini wags his tail when he comes to get a grooming. I am very impressed with the details of the services I am getting. I love bringing my dog here . Excellent communication and support .

I am always pleased with Imperial. Not only are they very friendly and extremely professional, but our Penelope always comes out looking amazing and beautiful. Previous grooming places always seemed to nip her paws during her haircuts. Not here! It goes to show how talented and careful the staff is. The staff sends routine reminders of upcoming appointments and makes it very easy to accommodate any changes. If you try to call them, and they happen to be too busy to pick up your call, don’t worry! They ALWAYS call you back :) And if your dog doesn’t quite need a full grooming but you still want to freshen them up? They have a service for that too!! I’m very happy with Imperial.
