Had vinyl flooring installed and the tongues keep breaking, along the edges. I had the installer come out every other month to fix them. I saw him putting shims under the vinyl and I asked why he said my floor was not flat. I told him that should have been stated to me before hand. I would have never put down a vinyl floor on an uneven subfloor. He took it up and I had a contractor come in and lay self leveling to even my entire floor. The installer comes back and laid down the floor again (some pieces were bad from when he ripped them up but he still laid them down). The floor is still breaking. AVOID AT ALL COST. Dealt with the Levittown and Oceanside location and this was a complete mess. Customer service and management was a joke. Their best solution to all of our problems was to cancel the order. Shows the lack of quality and standards this company has.

Stay away!!! One star for the patient young salesman that worked with us… The owners are arrogant and obnoxious. For a job that was supposed to take four days took weeks! Also, poor job was done. Flooring was cut ridged and uneven. Left bare wood under the baseboard heating with flooring cut uneven. Would come for an hour or so and would leave with letting us know when he was coming back. Held up my painters because he was suppose to replace the molding but delayed finishing with multiple excuses about not coming. He also had a very strong odor that was extremely unpleasant. Attempted to get in touch with owners for 3 weeks and when I finally spoke to Ira he had all excuses and no apologies. Sent back the same guy to fix mistakes and it was still poor. Spoke to Steve. He was nice at first.

We moved into a "new to us" house and needed to modernize it for a few years, before doing major renovations. I was Leary to spend money on a cheap, sheet vinyl floor in the kitchen, but we wanted change. The owner was honest on the phone about what he had, for the money we wanted to spend and that it wouldn't be fancy. The salesman came (retired P.O.) and was very down to earth and honest too. All said and done, we are happy with the decision and the floor is holding up pretty well. I think It's all about having realistic expectations-I'll definitely call them again, for a similar project.
