PetSmart Grooming

The only reason I'm even giving 2 stars is for the price ($32). I took my Cavalier KC spaniel, Echo, here about 3 weeks ago. Although he was 10 months old, I had just gotten him, and I wanted him to have a nice, fresh groom. My vet told me Echo had an ear infection, so I specifically asked that his ears be trimmed on the inside. I also asked that his paw pads be shaved. His nails and sanitary were also supposed to be included in this service. Right away the vibes were...off. Everyone was polite, but it felt fake and forced. The "He's so cute," was practically deadpan. There wasn't much smiling in general, and I did not feel welcome. I’ve been bringing my Maltipoo here for the past 2.5yrs. This time he had Olivia; although, she’s quiet and reserved in her own way. She did a fabulous job on my fur-pup. I wasn’t able to thank her in person. Thank you for delivering what I asked for. He’s absolutely perfect. Happy Holidays!

Wasted money. My dog was "to anxious " for a nail trim I thought they were professionals and could deal with these situations
