PetSmart Grooming

Not Recommended: Grooming Department Shows a Repeated Pattern of Issues!!! I want to be clear that there is nothing wrong with the store itself. My concern is specifically related to the grooming department. The appointment was poorly managed, no confirmation was ever sent, and when the issue arose, the staff did not know how to handle it. The manager was present and offered no real solution. What makes this more concerning is that after reading many other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. Multiple customers describe the same grooming issues: poor organization, unprofessional reactions, and lack of accountability. If this team cannot manage basic problems with customers, how are they handling stressful situations with pets?

My experience here was extremely disappointing, mainly because of the customer service. The woman at the front desk was rude and spoke to us in a disrespectful tone that felt like verbal mistreatment. It made the whole visit uncomfortable from the start. On top of that, their appointment handling was a mess—unclear communication, poor coordination, and unnecessary confusion about scheduling. For a grooming business, professionalism and basic courtesy are essential. I hope management takes this seriously and improves front-desk training and the scheduling process. I won’t be returning.

Disappointing experience due to poor customer service and disorganized scheduling. The front desk staff member we interacted with was rude and spoke to us in a disrespectful way, which is not acceptable. Their appointment process also felt chaotic and poorly managed. I’m leaving this feedback so management is aware—this place needs improvement in professionalism, communication, and customer care. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Janelle in st, cloud has been my My Yorkie,s groomer since 6 years .he loves her,she is so gentle with him and it's always a pleasure taking him to her.she makes sure she informs you any info that she thinks is important.give her a try u will love her.

Rave to Ashley the groomer that groomed our 6 mth old labradoodle, she did an awsome job!! He's a bit of a handful. This was his 2nd visit, 1st one was just a puppy package to get him used to being groomed, today he had a full bath and cut. He came out so clean and cute cut!! Thank you Ashley. You have our business.
