I had a very horrible experience at the new location located at 760 Highland Colony Parkway in Ridgeland, MS. My wife and I originally brought our baby in a little before 11/22/2025 and we didn't have her updated vaccinations. We couldn't complete that session which was understandable because by the time we got home and brought it back the time would be well over the scheduled one and rules and safety are a priorty. We rescheduled to get her groomed on 11/23/2025. We were very pleased and Taylor did an amazing job! She was very professional, friendly and great at her job. Well, we booked another appointment today on 12/21/2025 and when we arrived the salon was closed. We went to the front to ask if it was closed because that seemed peculiar considering we booked an appointment, right? We
Great customer service when I went into the store the employees were super helpful.
