PetSmart Grooming

I bring both of my dog here for grooming. Although my goldendoodle Summer has a hard time staying still during her haircut, they groomers always work with her 👍 Thank you.

it's doesn't give me the option for 0 star. Don't waste your money paying service here. I took my dog ​​and I think they only put water on it, because it had the same smell. I paid more than $100, this included cleaning the ears, anal glands, teeth, paws, they did absolutely none of that. Just give away my money.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! They repeatedly kept telling me grooming after grooming that I did not pay for my dogs groom when I did at the front desk. They even checked the first time and they said I did but then when I decided to schedule my dogs grooming again, they stated “Ma’am, our system said you did not pay for you dogs grooming” Horrible customer service! They did not try to resolve this issue even when this kept happening. Never grooming at pet-smart ever again.

Excellent, customer service from ERIC. He knows alot about the different brands of dog food and gave a great recommendation. I also looked up the recommendation. Uber Kudos to ERIC, this is my favorite PetSmart.

Super disappointed with the grooming department. Called to make an appointment and was given one for today. When I show up they tell me that I don’t have an appointment. They never put it in the system or I was told that the system does that sometimes. Unbelievable!! Not coming back to this groomers. Make me waste time.
