Both the salon & myself had a part in the miss communication about my dogs haircut & I called the Mgr to try & work something out. I offered to pay 1/2 just to cut it w/o the shampoo services, but no, he just offered me discounts for future services....as if. #looking4agroomer
Pretty good job but was not brushed well after grooming. Knots were not removed when asked. For $77.00 I expected better.
Very amateurish grooming. We were in a bind and needed a grooming while traveling. They got us in,in a few days which we appreciated.
I love the groomers and the bathers here. They really care about your dog and my dog is always happy to see Maye. ♥️
Changed their hours again so I had to wait another hour and a half for them to open cause the website says 7am but when I get here the sign said 9am is when they open instead
