Dogtown

Wow. Do these people need to learn customer service. Very rude attitude when I made a request I've made routinely before, without incident. I kick myself that I didn't take my dog and walk away immediately. Instead, they gave her a cut that led me to believe that my dog was the first Cocker Spaniel they'd ever worked on. I suggest they sell the business (they obviously hate the work) and try something more suited for them, like stuffing little wads of cotton into Bufferin bottles.

I’ve been going to Dogtown over a year and a half. Nancy & Del are great with my dog. She is a golden chow mix with long hair. I leave her grooming and cut up to Nancy and she never disappoints!

Made an appointment for 9am for our dog to be groomed. Some rude guy said she wouldn’t be ready until 2pm. That is 5 hours and that is cruel. Cannot recommend in the slightest.

Del & Nancy are the BEST! They do a great job on my Malti-Poo, Coco! I can highly recommend them without reservation!

My dog got the absolute worst haircut she has ever had!! I will never go back ther and I will never recommend them.
