Great place that is well kept and has great staff. They got us in and we have a new family member thanks to them. Would recommend others who are looking to adopt to head here first yoy will not be disappointed.

I took my class on a field trip to the Animal League. Kim Eisele had a wonderful presentation for my elementary students regarding the facilities and how the students themselves should take care of their pets. My class enjoyed themselves so much! Thank you, Kim, and all your group of volunteers that made our field trip A+!

My 14 year old Pit Mix died of liver failure a few months ago. Her little friend, a pocket pit who had been shut down since she was found needed another friend. We went to TALGV and couldn’t believe our eyes! There was a sweet, super loving, beautiful pocket pit there needing a home! And she’s now ours! Our needy dog is bouncing around like a puppy and the 2 of them are new BFF’s!! Thank you so much for helping our family heal!!

Seems like the volunteers/staff still haven't changed since we tried to adopt a dog for our family a while back. They are very picky and discriminating, and will flat out tell you no you can't adopt if they don't like you. We had wanted a second dog so the 2 could have companionship, but because I had small children at the time the lady told me I already had my hands full. We went straight to the Santa Cruz Humane Society in Nogales, where they were much more friendly and welcoming and we were able to find a friend for the dog we already had.

Weather you are looking to expand your family with a new Dog or Cat or are looking for something from the thrift store with gently used items it's definitely worth a trip to Green Valley Animal League. I adopted a little Dog a few years ago and I don't know how I got on without this bundle of joy. Rocky has enriched our lives each and every day. He's brought us so much love and company he really is a member of our family. The staff there is very devoted to these Animals. The love and care there is second too none. And after you adopt your new bundle of joy take the time to visit the thrift store where donated items are sold for pennies on the dollar. These sales help support the funds needed to run the adoption and care for the dogs and cats including the day to day expenses. There'
