We love Janie. She always take good care of Bebe with her nail , teeth etc , they offer discount at time.
The groomer charged us for grinding our fur baby nails $35 extra dollars, we did not ask for that. We asked manager to remove the charge and he did. Now after them grooming our dog for 2 years, they are refusing to. We actually had an appt this past Tuesday and they cancelled it , saying none of the groomers will groom him now. What the heck!!! REVENGE, PAYBACK? Isn't that against the law?
This is our go to store for our dogs. The staff has always been extremely helpful. The cashiers are friendly and efficient. The store is clean and well stocked. I enjoy going here and recommend this location!
Dropped off the dog for the first appointment of the day only to arrive 3 hours later and they had just started. Annoying to say the least. Won’t return
We have always been treated very well and the grooming department is wonderful 😀
