I’m a pretty picky pet parent, so I don’t hand out compliments lightly. But I have to say, PetSmart Grooming really impressed me! The Team Leader, Ricky (I think that was his name), was super friendly, accommodating, and helpful — even at 8 o’clock in the morning! My dog usually gets pretty nervous, but Ricky gave her some belly rubs that totally won her over. It was almost like she didn’t want to leave! Also, BIG shoutout to Sophia who did my dog’s haircut . I absolutely love how it turned out. My pup looks amazing. Definitely coming back!
People are super helpful here. So much so I now own a cat, two hamsters, and a guinea pig for my four kids. All the pets I bought are happy and healthy.
Always a good experience. Today was only Nail grooming. They did a great job and made my little Gnocchi very comfortable . I appreciate this so much as Nail grooming is an absolute nightmare for me to do at home. Thanks again, PetSmart McDonough!
They always take such great care of my Benji Boy everytime I take him to get groomed and he ALWAYS looks so handsome 😍 💕
Worst grooming service ever. It’s dirty and very unorganized. They cut my cat’s hair so low he barely has hair anymore. They don’t consult properly with you. It is not worth the price of these services please allow your pet to receive proper care else where other than this location.
