Ricky and Seth were absolutely great. We brought our dogs Mel and Luna from Brazil and they were ready to go home in just 4 hours. Dandie Scottie Kennel was super efficient and attentive. Honestly I could not recommend this facility enough. They made a hard experience that much easier.

We recently had our senior dog fly all the way from Turkey to the USA, a journey that was naturally an incredibly stressful process for both us and our dog. However, Ricky supported us through every single step with such a genuine and empathetic approach, which made the entire experience feel so much more manageable. We truly cannot thank him and his entire team enough, as this transition was of the utmost importance to our family. It is clear that he takes his profession very seriously and conducts his work with a deep sense of humanity, communicating with us and caring for our dog as if she were one of his own. This is the only CDC-authorized facility in the Atlanta area, so I was naturally a bit anxious about the process. However, the experience exceeded all my expectations. Ricky was incredibly professional and responsible. He kept me informed throughout the process, and it was clear that my dogs were in excellent hands. Both dogs were treated with great care, and the vaccination process was completed much faster than I expected.
