Ja’nyla was wonderful! She was very patient with our questions as we were looking to purchasing a pet hamster for our children. She even educated us on how to care for it. The overall experience was great, but Ja’nyla enhanced it by simply being customer oriented, kind and patient throughout the entire process. Please promote her. She’s a real jewel!

When I tell you every single time I come inside Campcreek Petsmart, sometimes with my lovely black cat ( he’s pretty famous there lol) I truly receive the best customer service I have experienced in never!!!!!! I do not want to get any names wrong or give descriptions but wow. For the employees that I did have the opportunity to engage with; they deserve raises, praises, and vacations. I don’t even realize I am spending money ( more than I bargain for at times lol) but it is truly a wonderful experience. My Kitty the Kats favorite place to go! Thank you all!

Definitely won’t be back to this location. My first time there on 11/13/25 the staff was wonderful and so helpful and took the time to help me prepare for the arrival of my puppy. Today on 11/20/25 there were different front end staff this time and they were rude and horrible to the point I had to leave my stuff on the counter and purchased my items elsewhere.

Great team especially Mr Leo and Anna. They always greet you with a smile.

Very helpful and personable staff. I go here once or twice a month for guinea pig supplies and food and Im always taken care of.😊🙏🏽
