PetSmart Grooming

I have no idea how anyone at this location can call themselves groomers. Not a single person here was able to clip my dogs nails, and after getting halfway through their sad excuse for clipping, they cut my dogs nail almost to the knuckle resulting in a large amount of blood and instead of handling the situation professionally and helping my dog, they held him down while he whimpered and cried. After they finally stopped the bleeding, they gave me my dog and told me they were not able to proceed with his appointment. Now my dog is left with half his nails unclipped, and the other half razor sharp. He will never trust another dog groomer thanks to the absolutely horrendous job done by the sad excuse of staff at this location.

Not sure what happened but my fun loving Lab HATES to let anyone else bath him or groom him after his visit to PetSmart.
