Took my dog here for an express de-shedding treatment, but it was done very poorly. It didn't help at all - my dog kept shedding heavily right after. Felt like a waste of money
I like Petsmart but I’m not sure about the staff when the manager wasn’t there I got a call that they wanted all the customers to bring in their dogs at once so they could rush them out and close early. My dog is 15 with arthritis. She doesn’t need to be rushed in and out so I canceled my appointment.
Always good experience & easy going pleasant groomers.
