Sylvan Corners Pet Hospital

Been taking my dogs to Sylvan Corners for over 20 years. They’re friendly, really good with calming my dogs down, and thorough. Many of the staff have been there for those 20 years. I like that. Speaks well of the business. I always feel my dog is in good hands with them. Henry’s teeth cleaning was much less expensive than anticipated and he had no problems afterward. Highly recommend!

🚩🚩🚩15 YEARS OF RED FLAGS🚩🚩🚩 Two horrible experiences here +10 years apart - BOTH for price gouging and lack of complete care. Also, did not provide the results of lab work after repeated emailed requests, until I contacted my bank to dispute the charge due to lack of evidence for the service. (So note, the office is well aware of my grievance, despite any response to this review to "contact them" or "provide the best service") DO NOT patron if you have a sick, elderly, or high-need animal. Okay for ongoing care. This office neglected to identify the underlying cause behind TWO UTIs for TWO dogs, +10 years apart, due lack of diagnostics, awareness and communication with the owner. I’ve had a great experience so far at sylvan corners pet hospital. My Pomeranian 11 year old has received great care, had his dental surgery here. staff is always friendly and my pet gets scheduled quickly for all his appointments. I recommend going here.

Took my dog here for an ear infection. Paid over $300 and was told my next follow up appointment would be around $78 since it was a follow up, I missed that appointment by 8 days due to being in the hospital and now they’re trying to charge full price again. Will absolutely be taking my pup to another vet. What a shame people are so money hungry these days.

Sylvan Corners have been my go to vet for the past 5 years. When my kitty got sick, they were helpful. When I adopted a kitten with some behavioral issues the vet and the tech answered my questions, were helpful and were thorough in her exam. She is thriving. Feel good in your choice to use Sylvan Corners.
