All About Pets

I have had to go there twice on a Saturday and each time the staff was wonderful Dr Ogren was great. I am seriously considering transferring all my vet Care to Dr. Ogren. I definitely know where to go to get my dogs healthy again on a weekend.

I have visited Monticello twice and have been so pleased with my experience! After a very awful experience I had at my previous vet that led to my cat having long term complications I am so happy I found a practice that is well educated and ensures you are aware of the care that your pet is receiving . Dr. Badger is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and so friendly. Her vet tech is wonderful as well and is so patient with my cat who doesn’t want to be at the vet. I was referred to this practice from a friend of mine who is part of the Solano Kitten Rescue non-for profit organization and I am so happy I took the chance here after being so hesitant after my previous experience with a vet. Thank you Monticello for caring for my sweet boy and offering the services you do!

For a first visit, it was perfect. We have a reactive and LARGE male dog who needed to see a female vet. Not only did they make every accommodation possible to keep my dog and other animals safe, but were terrific with two potty mishaps, the doc and nurses were friendly and knowledgeable, and prices were about a third of what another office estimated for care. Testing was done in house and treatment options were easy to understand. Will definitely be going back for future needs. Update: have been back a few times since the initial visit for my other dog's care, and still have yet to be disappointed with All About Pets.

I made an appointment for one of my Pekingese dogs at All About Pets because he had been coughing for over 24 hours . I was relieved to get him in that day but they charge $100 to walk in the door. There was no new client discount & no senior discount. I could have just gone to VCA on Manzanita for that price. My 16 pound dog was prescribed the antibiotic Doxycycline & cough tablets. The Doxycycline capsules were very large & I was unable to get my dog to swallow them after trying wrapping it in food,etc. The medication also is known to cause an upset stomach & he hasn't wanted to eat for 3 days. I called the practice this morning to tell them I am unable to give him the large Doxycycline capsules due to the size & that he is not eating & also vomiting when given the Doxycycline.I wait

Great vets here, take both my cats here, they take care of my oldest cat rossi well, been coming here since i moved to this area, my girlfriend used to come here before as well Update 2024: after many years of taking care of our older cat, Rossi, she passed away, this vet did everything they can to help her live so long. We are forever grateful for everything they have done for us. I couldn't recommend a better vet living in this year for the last 7 years, this place will always be the best vet rossi ever had, thank you again for everything. I always will recommend this place for anyone in this area
