PetSmart Grooming

Jody did a good job fixing up my puppy after her failed first haircut. My puppy was anxious and using the bathroom uncontrollably, so they sent her home botched. (Understandable). I came in two days later to try again and they were able to fix her up. Alberto is extremely rude, dismissive, passive aggressive, ignorant, and quite frankly lacks communication skills. He genuinely should not be working the position he is in. I communicated my concerns (politely) and he could not have possibly been more rude to me. Lisa and Judy (both managers) apologized for the incident, but it still does not sit right with me. If he was so aggressive to me, I can only imagine how he man-handled our dogs. I was also told by management this is not the first time he’s raised concerns for the same issues. I at

John of Bridgewater NJ did an excellent job taking care of my boy Hank. He was gentle and patient with him. Gave me some tips on at home care and getting Hank used to the drill. My dog looked cute as a button after his pawdicure.

Alberto, thank you so much! You did an amazing job grooming Sadie today—she honestly has never looked better. Thank you for doing exactly what I asked. You’re the best!

Time for my boy Sammy's holiday grooming. The grooming portion of this review is 5 stars. Scheduled appointment online for November 15, 2023. Sarah did a great job grooming, trimming & filing nails, along with other services. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed my boy was a little indifferent as to whether he should return home or stay with Sarah. Could have been embarrassing, if allowed him to decide. The rating reduction is based on the payment process and almost certain this area of the business had zero input. As with most corporations, the team utilizing the service being developed by HQ are never involved. I was 99.9% positive that I paid online when the services were scheduled, but was informed they had not been paid and was not charged at that time. R

I took my big German shepherd to get groom by some kid Alberto. First of all my dog has cancer and they should know this since it’s on file . As he was putting on the leash I saw him man handling him and my dog is a nine year old male. As they washed him there was no issue but once it was time to dry my dog bite the groomer. My dog does not bite unless if he feels threaten or mistreated. I had to pickup my dog and all the groomer looked at him like a monster. The manager was even worse saying stuff like you guys are Not welcome here and had a bad attitude. Overall would not recommend this location they don’t care about you or your pet
