PetSmart

The frozen rodents have been thawed and refrozen. I brought this issue to the attention of a staff member weeks ago. Went back in today and nothing has changed. Rodents refrozen together in their juices. Staff doesn’t seem to care.

Incredibly understaffed. Every trip I make to this location after 4pm consist of waiting over 15min until the point of searching an employee out for assistant, they get on their little walkie and, then proceed to wait another 10mins and 5sec, now 10sec, etc.... not likely to return...... unless you hire more help..

I had a very nice time here, we went to get a guinea pig a few months ago. I just had forgotten to leave a review, my bad. There was a very nice young woman helping us find the best cage and food for our new family member, I appreciated that a lot since I wasn’t very familiar with guinea pig care. I ended up buying another 2 of these guys although at another store and my babies are now thriving. I want to take a moment to say: thank you young lady who helped us! I don’t know your name but I hope you know I’m talking about you!😅🩷

Dropped our dog off this morning for grooming. They cut his leg and had to take him to the Vet in the store. Our dog had to be bandaged up by the Vet, put in a cone, and given pain meds. The groomers called and said he was ready. When my wife went to pick up the dog he was only partially groomed (one leg was not trimmed while the others were), his face was not trimmed (as requested), paw fur was not trimmed, and in some areas he was shaved to the skin and in other areas he was not. It looked as though once he was injured, they stopped trying to groom him. They comped everything due to the injury, but our dog looked horrible. We had to have him finished and my family had to stand around the store for an hour to wait. I am thankful that the Vet was there to deal with the cut and understand t

Many of the aquariums had dead and decomposing fish and frogs. Since PetSmart is a company involved in the live animal trade, I suppose it isn't shocking that they don't respect the lives of the animals they sell. Still, it's a bad look.
