I always have an excellent time here. The staff is friendly, the store is well maintained, and the self dog wash is great. The dog trainer is always so nice to my dog which helps us a lot because we are socializing her. A good team building spot to go with my newly rescued dog whom I am rehabilitating. Thank you!

Madison is the greatest groomer I have ever had. The other two girls that work with her are great also. Hands down Kody my dad’s dog nails were the best they have ever looked. The other beautiful ladies did his grooming the last time because Madison was to booked! Thank you ladies again for doing what you do. My dogs nails have never looked better.

Was pretty easy and affordable to get my dog bathed and brushed out. I told them that he had sensitive skin and they used hypoallergenic shampoo and sprays for him. Would use again.

Scheduled a bath and nail trim. I was told an hour, maybe 2 because they were busy. I arrived back 2:15 hours later and was told 10 more minutes. I stood there for 50 MORE MINUTES before I got my dog back! 3 hours! And my long haired Doxie came back with all the hair cut off from around his paws and 2” above his feet. He looks absolutely ridiculous. This is unacceptable - will not be returning.

Dear PetSmart, You were so helpful booking a bath appoint for Sass. Your prices were clearly posted and what each service included for that cost. However, I was totally blind sited when I went to pay. The Invoice was $6 more. I was told because today is considered a holiday weekend booking. Yet, it didn't/doesn't state that on the website; I wasn't told that when I talked to a human when I booked; it wasn't mentioned when I brought Sass in. The "we don't care because it's our policy" attitude didn't help...
