It's amazing how much they care for all animals, small to big. Went in looking for a new pet carrier and found a lot more. The pets there are well cared for, lots of fish, rodents, birds, kitties and more they offer classes and have grooming services. Prices are very competitive and a wide range of varieties. Brands I'm not familiar with, but much needed in this town. The staff enjoyed their jobs and were very friendly. You must check it out. A great place to adopt a furry friend as well.

I was really disappointed, because in the past I have had a wonderful groomer Sheila (she’s amazing) who was friendly and knew how to cut Great Pyrenees’. I had called and scheduled a haircut and bath and I specifically told him I did NOT want him shaved. I had said that if they needed to shave his butt fluff and belly that I was ok with that, because he can burn easily and you’re not supposed to shave Pyrenees. When our pup was brought in my husband told them I did not want him shaved and they were very rude to my husband. They hadn’t even felt his hair before saying “oh we are going to have to shave him” and he told them that I really don’t want him shaved and basically just to do the best they can. I took my Teddy to PetSmart September 28th for his first haircut because when I brought him to petsmart last month for a puppy bath I was informed from Shaylyn at petsmart that he has matted fur and that it would be best for him to get his haircut so it doesn’t get any worse and create problems for him, she also suggested I get a metal comb and a slicker brush that doesn’t have the little balls at the end which I went and bought before I left. I tried detangling his fur since then. Fast forward to yesterday, I brought Teddy in to see Shaylyn and was told it would take at least 3-4 hours give or take and that she would give me a call when she’s done. 2 hours later I get a phone call stating that she was not able to finish because Teddy wouldn’t let her and that it would be best to take him

Extremely disappointed with the grooming services we received for our mini goldendoodle. This was our third and final visit. We have always booked online. We select the services we want. All three times there have been extra fees added on at the end. First one as a puppy was extra scissoring. I get that. That makes sense. The second visit was a summer toy. We didn’t want it but had to pay for it. Third visit was an extra pampering package. Again, we didn’t select this. Called and spoke with the manager who unprofessionally just introduced herself as the manager. Did not give her name. She basically said that by booking online, we agree that there “might” be extra charges from what we select. It’s a bit ridiculous that it is open ended for them to then charge what ever they want without let
