Pets R' Inn

We got a puppy that we were told is a pure bred rotwiler. For $1,000.The vet we took her to does not think she is.She is has some issues going on where her back legs are not working correctly. Dragging them behind her.We have had x rays of spine and leg and hips and no issues were seen.We have a full health warranty for a year. We have called 3 times and left messages for manager to call back with no response.when talking to sale assoicate they said what do you want us to do about it. We have gone to fargo location and asked what to do they say they are not affiliated with them. Even though web pages are together. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to have a civil conversation about the welfare of our dog and honor the warently shows the businesses true colors. The mowery Fami

Sold me a very healthy Great Pyrenees/Aussie puppy for a reasonable price. I was able to reserve him without issue over the phone and pick him up the following day. Now 5 months later I could not be more satisfied. Highly recommend. Thank you

I wish I could give 0 stars. Pets R' Inn-Grand Forks sold us a sick kitten with coccidia and bacteria overgrowth and now has been sick since. (Took him to the vet asap when we got him due to the fact he was pooping diarrhea alllllll over our house.) Diarrhea every single day and because we are upset, I called and voiced my opinion, told them I am a disabled veteran and selling me a cat with a parasite and sick should of never been done and one of the workers there said “if you’re disabled, maybe you shouldn’t of got the cat.” Even if I wasn’t disabled I wouldn’t want a SICK cat. And I’m sorry disabled people get support animals all the time, so that statement was absolutely so belittling and demeaning. I tried calling back and kept being hung up on!!!! We just bought our third bulldog from pets r inn. They are great dogs and Pets R Inn has a great team at both locations Grand forks and Fargo. No complaints really about Pets R Inn I just wish when they post pictures of the animals on their web page that they try to get a better one or at least more than one like do a little collage so you can see full views of what the dog looks like. These are the precious babies we got from them. 4/5/24 and 2 more lol

Caleb was very VERY rude to me over the phone 6 months ago when I was asking if they had any “ginger” cats in “stock”. I still loose sleep to this day over the dispute we had so I’ve decided to take it to google reviews and let the world know about Caleb. I was un aware at the time that my verbiage might have been wrong, I clued in when the first girl on the phone got very upset and hung up on me. They accused me of pranking them and I called back offended cause I was being genuine. This is when Caleb answered the phone.. threatening and “banning” me from the store? For asking about orange cats? Sensitive topic I guess… Caleb proceeded to challenge me over the phone to come down there and fight… Anyways I won’t get into anymore details but Caleb did leave a voicemail shaking in his boots
