Store policy. Let’s talk about it. Ten min before closing I stop in after work to get my son a parakeet because he lost one and the one he had left is depressed. Guys. I’m 43 years old. This is a pet store with customer service right? They told me it was too close to close to sell animals and they have “too much to do.” They close at nine. I spoke to the manager and he backed up his staff and said they in fact have too much to do. So I didn’t buy their 35 dollar and some change birds. Which I’m sure I can get cheaper elsewhere with less ride staff. And I didn’t buy supplies and won’t be going back. Repeat customers are what make these businesses. But they clearly don’t care about their customers just what they have to do for themselves on the floor. When I left. They closed a full five mi

Petsmart thank you so much to the staff of this cool store. I can’t remember the last time I’ve been to a PetSmart and was impressed with their beautiful healthy stocked fish. I was impressed by their set up of the bettas with the flashy lights but thought maybe the fish would appreciate more space and some plants 🌱 I giggled on their fun cat nip products ❤️ Overall it’s always a good time at PetSmart. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Luna did a fantastic job on my dog Bunker today. Shes taken great care of him in the past so I requested her today and Bunker looks the best I've ever seen him. Will be only requesting her from now on

First time at this location and everyone seemed nice. We weren't greeted when we walked in, but were asked if we needed help when we were by the fish. The store was plenty clean and stocked up which was nice. Overall, we were happy with this location and the selection yall had, so we will be back.

Been shopping here for years. Products change. Prices change. The staff changes. Through the 25+ years I've been coming here, for dog supplies, a few things have been constant. A quality and varied selection of products. Friendly and quality service. There are other let supply stores. I choose a PetSmart.
