Dogtopia of Geneva

I’ve just started daycare for my 7 month old puppy here and could not be happier. I looked at 3 other doggy daycares in the area and none compare to Dogtopia Geneva. The floors are padded for doggy joints and paws. They have ramps and equipment in the rooms for enhanced play, and separate into 3 groups/rooms for size and temperament. Each room has an outside area as well. There is constant supervision and interaction with “canine coaches” and everyone seems to know what’s happening and who is who. I love the structured downtime mid day as well as my puppy needs to have that down time. Professional and friendly staff who welcomes pups like they are our babies (which of course they are!). Dogtopia is the absolute best! My pups have been treated so special and every time that I say it’s time to go “play with our friends”, they are ready and waiting by the door! The staff is not only professional but treats each and every one of the dogs, as if it was their own. We love it and we highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect daycare or overnight stays.

My dog Siena absolutely loves Dogtoy! All the staff are amazing and so good with all the dogs. The have daily fun activities for the dogs as well. I have a peace of mind knowing Siena is being well taken care of weather for daycare or boarding.

The rubberized flooring is another thoughtful detail — easier on joints and safer for play. Crystal, the General Manager, keeps the day-to-day running smoothly, and it shows in how organized and consistent everything feels. The customer service team is friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. The coaches stay engaged — they interact with the dogs, guide them, and maintain a positive environment. The staff is so friendly and professional. They really care about my dog! I never have to worry about her and my sweet dog is so happy there and she can’t wait to go there every day!
