I have several issues. The pricing is ridiculous. I paid for express with no bath. He was there for an hour and a half. I brought him home and he wouldn’t pee. He wouldn’t eat he wouldn’t drink for a day and a half. He looks terrible. I’ve had him groomed by another Groomer for many years and he never looked this bad. Reputable groomers charge much less money for much better service. They also gave me a quote and then changed the price on me without telling me that I was going to be paying extra on top of what they’ve already quoted me.

I just want to give a shout out to Petsmart Of Geneseo, NY for showing our family so much kindness when finding out about the loss of our baby girl Pippen. We took our newest pup Winnie to her first grooming appointment with Kyra and were met with a sympathy card and a keepsake from Winnie’s first groom. Kyra was one of the only people that Pippen trusted and I cannot thank her enough for helping her work through her “people” anxiety. If you’re looking for a groomer she’s the one folks!

On April 18, I purchased a guinea pig from this pet store. It was very timid at the time, so I let it rest and adjust quietly. It wasn’t until April 28 that I noticed its backside was balding and covered in dandruff. I immediately separated it from my originally healthy guinea pig, but it was already too late. Within the next few days, my other guinea pig developed the same skin condition, and even my hamster began showing signs of infection with dandruff on its abdomen. Although I started treatment right away, I couldn’t stop the illness from spreading. Sadly, the guinea pig I bought from the store died on May 20. This experience has left me heartbroken and angry. Like every other PetSmart, overly priced products, poor quality stock of fish(almost guaranteed to die. Employees are trained to try and convince the customers they don't know what they are doing or talking about, but it's infact the employees that are the clueless ones.
